How to use the free movie pass? You just need to go the counter ticket to redeem the tickets. As long the movie is available to watch you can watch it for free!
There is a time I encounter that there is no normal movie of it, it has only 3D. So I gave the counter and they told me because they don't have the normal I just need top up RM5 for each pass to watch the movie in 3D. Well of course it depends it the cinema is okay with that, I remember that time I watched with my son at GSC Paradigm Mall.
