* please redeem your tickets at the Customer Care counter @ Sunway Lagoon Main Entrance from 6-8pm on the showdate itself.

Do take note that these tickets DOES NOT INCLUDE snack and beverage.
You can either bring us a printout of the PM message or even show us the verification from your mobile screen.

Please head to MECC, Matrade (Off Jalan Duta) on 6th December to collect your tickets at the entrance between 10AM - 3PM. Do bring along your IC for verification purposes.

With your entrance tickets, you and your kid are free to enjoy all the shows and activity at the KL Kids Festival (valid only on the 6th of December, 2014).
